Thomas Latter was one of my 4th great-grandfathers, so I am trying to find out as much as I can about him and his life in an effort to compile a pretty full history of my ancestry. He may have had some medical connections; but I wouldn't say that owning property in Harley Street necessarily means that he did. He also owned in Cavendish Square and at Beaumont Buildings, in the Strand.
