My father's & my grandfather's names were both John Howell Wigington. I'd been told by 2 different people (from England) the name sounded like it was from Yorkshire, but perhaps it's from Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, or Staffordshire. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. My grandfather died when my father was a child (so not alot is known.) I live in the state of Ohio, USA.
