Kathryn' is researching the soldiers who died when the ship HMT Prince Edward was sunk on its way to Gallipoli during the First World War, and I was able to identify James Thomson, who had been living at Watford during the 1911 census, when he was working as a yardman for a corn chandler.

For details see: James THOMSON, Watford, World War 1.
